Allergy asthma is considered as the asthma attack that causes extreme pain and the most difficult to handle. A person with allergy asthma will feel that each attach will take longer than expected and there is no choice but to hold on until it's over. Having continuous episodes of shortness of breath is tough. Most people believe that it is hard to deal with allergy asthma but actually there are ways to keep it under control like as follows:

* If you have been keeping up with your asthma episodes and want to put it to a stop, the first thing you should do is to know what you are allergic to. Over the counter medications sometimes eases the pain and other symptoms like rashes and other skin irritations. But, the episodes return after a while. Sometimes it is best to let go of things that you are allergic to especially the food. Hyperventilation and chest pains are not good, so if any of the food you eat causes them, it's probably best to avoid those foods. It may be hard at first but you'll soon get used to it and you'll have better chance in getting rid of asthma.

* You need to avoid the foods that you are allergic to because it might lead to having asthma allergy attacks. Others believe that taking anti histamine medications is one way to minimize asthma episodes but these drugs also has side effects especially to your liver and kidneys. Anti histamine medications may allow you to eat the foods that cause your allergy but it can lead to even more serious complications. Before taking any medications, know its effects first and you might think of removing foods that causes allergic reactions from your diet for good.

* Allergy asthma requires regular visits to your doctor. Inquire about natural ways to deal with asthma. The natural way is still the best choice since it is cheaper than maintaining medications. In addition, natural way offers more benefits so it is good for people suffering from allergy asthma.

A healthy change in your lifestyle is the best way to face allergy asthma. Lifestyle changes not only help you prevent asthma but other conditions too.
